Paypal.com is a very secure payment site that accepts credit card or debit card payments. Almost all orders are shipped within 2-5 business days. We will notify you promptly if an item is backordered with an expected date, and you may choose to wait for backorder (normal backorders can be 1.5 weeks - 3 weeks), or you may choose to cancel your order at which time we will promptly send you a refund.

During paypal's checkout, the shipping information address should match your billing address

"Notes/Instructions" box the "ship to" address where you would like order shipped to).

Just $5 Shipping on all orders excluding selected oversize items, such as the offi furniture line, which is a flat rate of $35, and oeuf loungers which is a flat rate of $13 and Tord Boontje shadow lights are $15 flat rate, Strollers are $10 West Coast & $15 East Coast, small, medium & large valises are $4-8. Because every order may vary in weight and size, we will send you a paypal invoice of the shipping costs upon order. Shipping Rates apply to the Continental US, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, however, the offi cribs & furniture can only be shipped in the continental U.S. 2nd Day air, if requested will be $14 on all order totals (excluding oversize items). We apologize that at this time, we do not ship to post office boxes or APO/FPO addresses. International Customers may only purchase any items excluding oversized items (lighting & furniture) ~ please e-mail us for exact rates.

Cupcake will ship your standard order via USPS Priority Mail (3-5 business days) or UPS Ground (5-10 business days) and DHL for 2 Day air (upon request). We will send you an e-mail tracking number confirmation at time of shipment.

We at cupcake, want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, we will gladly accept your purchase for a refund on return orders for 30 days after receipt of your order date, and exchanges or store credit after 30 days. Please e-mail us at info@cupcake-boutique.com for a return merchandise authorization number and we will provide you with a RMA number promptly. Personalized items and special orders such as strollers & bedding can not be returned. Items must be returned with original labels, wrappings and tags. Please insure package for full value. Sorry, all shipping fees and gift wrap fees are non-refundable

If you would like to ship your order directly to the recipient, please note recipient's name and address in the "Special Instructions/Note" box at paypal.com's checkout. Gift Wrapping is on us, yes {FREE} and is wrapped in a kraft box with ribbon which includes a cupcake notecard of your choice (pink or blue). Just note that you would like GIFT WRAPPING and note your gift message in the "Special Instructions/Notes" box at paypal's checkout.
